The rostering team at Southern Cross Care put in a tremendous amount of work beyond anyone’s expectations to ensure all jobs are filled. When care workers call in sick, are isolating or on annual leave, the rostering team draw on all resources to ensure clients are not left without care.
The team receive an overwhelming number of phone calls, requests and changes on daily basis, but they all remain professional and positive. They always have the clients’ interests at heart and always strive to find the best outcomes and solutions.
They work in the background unobserved, going over and beyond expectations which makes them special. It is due to their hard work and commitment that we achieve high client satisfaction and happy customers. They are the backbone of the business and deserve appreciation for everything they do.
