Chef Panagiotis is an extraordinary member of our GOCHA team. He is absolutely committed to the deliverance of excellence in the service of highly nutritious meals for our residents and ensures they receive their choice and preferences of traditional Greek cultural cuisine. Panagiotis’ expertise is next level and he leads our Kitchen with total professionalism, precision and passion. He is an exceptionally talented Chef and since his arrival at our Greek Community Home has been delighting the residents with his culinary finesse. Panagiotis’ professional training commenced in Greece where he worked in a number of high-profile Kitchens including the Hilton, the Radisson Blu Park Hotel in Athens, a 2 Hatted French restaurant and an Italian restaurant. His primary goal is to delight our aged residents with brilliant, highly nutritious meals, snacks and amazing desserts. He prepares seasonal change-over menus with ample variety of favourite Greek cuisine covering all regions and has a keen interest in fusion food, taking advantage of our wonderful and vast array of fresh Aussie produce. Chef Panagiotis has an abundance of fresh new ideas for our residents’ taste buds and ensures festive occasions are celebrated with a magnificent menu very rarely seen in Aged Care Homes. With his industry knowledge, passion and expertise, Panagiotis leads our Hospitality team to a finely tuned culinary service achieving exceptional results in Food Safety Audits. Panagiotis is unquestionably a most vital and loved member of our GOCHA Team.
