The ACSA Quality Portal helps members manage their quality and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and other regulatory standards. This webinar takes you through how to leverage the portal to save time and resources and manage your compliance effectively. If you are not currently using the portal this will give you a valuable introduction into how it works. If you are current users it will be a great refresher to make sure you are utilising it fully.
The webinar will provide an overview of the new Board Governance Toolkit to help board members of aged care providers understand and manage their responsibilities under the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Aged care providers who are also registered NDIS providers need to understand the new additions and changes to the NDIS Practice Standards as soon as possible: many changes came into effect on 15 November, with the remainder becoming effective in December 2021 and January 2022. The webinar will also take you through an update on how the portal will help you manage the new requirements.
