Governance involves the systems, frameworks and practices of the board and the leadership team to set an organisation’s objectives. The Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality & Safety has indicated that aged care providers should be more accountable for the delivery of the standard and quality of care that elderly Australians are entitled to receive. Good governance builds a bridge between an organization’s strategic plan’s commitment to greatness and operational reality.
This Strategy & Governance Symposium is designed in collaboration with our members to provide content that is relevant to the interests and concerns of those involved at a strategic level within organisations. The Symposium has a national focus and will bring together speakers and attendees from around Australia to discuss some of the most pressing and timely issues facing the industry.
Join us to hear from a variety of industry experts and leaders, as well as gaining insights into what fellow sector professionals are doing within their organisations, and to have your questions answered.
Our expert speakers share insights on a range of topics, including:
- Strategies for addressing risk in governance
