Across Australia, providers of residential aged care continue to face a number of key issues as a result of ongoing reform in the sector. Between meeting the New Quality Standards, growing the aged care workforce, proposed new funding models and for some, emergency recovery from the bushfires, 2020 has not brought much relief for Residential providers.
ACSA has developed the Quality Care Symposium for Residential providers to provide attendees with updates that are directly relevant to providers operating residential care facilities.
This program will bring together residential organisations around the country to discuss the issues that are affecting them directly.
This full day program has been developed by ACSA for Executives, Directors, General Managers and Front Line Managers of organisations that provide residential aged care services.
