This 60-minute online panel session with ACSA and Russell Kennedy Lawyers will help you implement a best practice approach to effectively respond to a serious incident. By drawing from lessons learnt across the aged care sector, our panellists will take you through a step-by-step guide around the best course of action once a serious incident has been immediately recorded, right through to days and months following the incident.

This practical session will touch on the importance of having strong leadership capability, a structured communications strategy and clinical governance systems in place.

The webinar is relevant to aged care Board Members, CEOs, Executive Management, General Counsel and Risk & Compliance Executives.
