It’s been a while between enterprise agreements for those members utilising the NSW/ACT template document. There have been changes within organisations and the industrial relations landscape continues to evolve which has presented new challenges.
We thought it timely to offer a refresher on the terms and conditions of your enterprise agreement to assist you in interpretation, application, compliance and how to make the EA work best for your organisation.
The refresher is open to anyone who interacts with the template enterprise agreement in the context of rostering, payroll and team management.
The refresher is a total of six hours of educative and interactive content and will be delivered by Zoom webinar over two half days.
With the level of technical content and detail, splitting it over two days allows you to go away and have a look at your systems and practices in the meantime and bring back further questions to the second session.
Organisations can send up to three staff for the one ticket price (additional staff can also be added).

Anna-Maria leads ACSA’s Member Connect team (Policy & Member Support and ER) and is the State Manager for NSW & ACT. She is also on the Council of Australian Business Industrial, the industrial affiliate of Business NSW and a registered organisation in its own right.
