The Counsel Assisting team to Commissioners Pagone and Briggs recently released their final recommendations for the Royal Commission. Some of these related to governance of aged care providers and, if taken up the Commission for their final report, may have significant impact for ACSA members.

ACSA has partnered with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) for this webinar to help you further understand the Counsel Assisting’s recommendations and how you can best prepare for their potential implications.

In conversation with AICD’s Not-for-Profit Sector Leader Phil Butler, ACSA CEO Patricia Sparrow will further unpack the Counsel Assisting’s recommendations, help you understand the potential implications and explore how providers can get on the front foot prior to the Commission’s report being released in late February 2021.
